Rude and unprofession pharmacy assistant.

I was at Clicks in King williams town yesterday and being a clicks customer for years, I have never expirience such bad behavior from an assistant. The shop was empty, I was the only one by the pharmacy. I got my ticket from the machine and i went straight to the pharmacy as there were three assistants standing behind the desk. I was rudely approched by the male assiatant called Thando, who failed to greet butt told me to go wait at the seats and he was still eating, and was not ready to assist me. I didnt see the reason to go back to the seata as i was the only customer there. Thando yet agaun arrogantly said, hes not the one whos suppose to call me, the machine does the number calling. So if the machine didnt call my number, regardless off no long queue, i shouldnt come to the desk. He again repeated that he was still busy eating (on the floor) and was not ready to assist. So i had to wait for Thando for finish chewing so he can help, while he was going on pointing at the screeen, explaining its the one that does the number calling not him. He is such a disgrace for a guy his age to behave the way he did, instead of leading the young ones by example. Please clicks do train your staff on how to deal with customers, King williams town has no clue or maybe Thando is unhappy working for you.
