Rude and unfriendly manager at clicks featherbrook village

I went to clicks Featherbrook village today 23 July 2018 to buy some Rimmel lipstick, I bought the glossy one instead of the matte by mistake and realised when i was applying it that it was the wrong one. I knew when taking it back that there was a chance that they would not accept it since it was used and I was willing to live with that. But what i did not expect was to be met by a manager who was dismissive, rude and condensending towards me. Her actions pretty much told me to get lost, she could not even muster up a smile. I was not looking for a hand out or freebie hence I bought another lipstick, but did not appreciate her arrongance and unfriendly demeanour. Its down right bad service!!!! I did not get her name but she was the manger on duty on 23 July 2018 at 17:40pm
