Rude and Undermining Manner

The nature of this report is with two things:<br> <br> 1 Incorrect Pricing: You have mark price tags of 50% of Loreal Hair colour on special, and then told its is not the correct price. To my acknowledgement the price I see I pay on the shelf. I even took the liberty to show the cashier the price. <br> <br> 2: The cashier called her assistant manager Rushana to come and explain to me this is incorrect. She was the most ill mannered woman I have ever spoken to in any retail store. She was rude, and raising her voice to a customer. <br> <br> I would like to inform you the type of people you hire in manager positions who are rude and undermining tone. I have never in my life experiences such behaviour. And this is because the store false advertise. <br> <br> Thank you Clicks for the most horrible shopping experience ever!<br> <br>
