Rude and slow.

I was at Clicks Columbibe Square at around 15:30 today 30 June 2018. I was at the Pharmacy self medication side and the queue was slow but not long. There was one assistant each on the self medication side and the prescription side. Then another assistant came to the Prescription side and called the lady in front of me to come. The other assistant on that queue finished up with his customer, then a lady came on that queue. I went to him because I was frustrated, but he refused to assist me. His name is Desmond, he refused to assist me saying that is the Prescription queue. I then asked why that lady was called, he couldn't answer. I left and then came back to take his name. Then the lady next to him called me as she was done with her customer. I asked for the Manager, she said she is the Manager, her name is Tonia. She apologised, but Desmond couldn't be bothered, he just continued with his customer. This is why I shop at Dischem now. Their service is fast and they have friendly staff. Clicks assistants are rude and slow. Your service is pathetic!! Your staff has no respect and no customer service!!
