Rude and no Management control

I have bought a heater / fan from them in last year since November, i am struggling to get a replacement , i have contacted all 3 stores in Welkom. All they have to say is no stock, i have asked the managers to order one online to replace my product but they say no, yet the product is almost out of its grantee period and they want to refund me, I dint want a refund I want another 2in 1 heater / fan. They get rude and say then we cant assist. How is this management? Doing as less as possible....... Please assist ......no they can not help. Stock will only be arriving late May 2020 then my product is out of its grantee.....I am struggeling since November last year how is this fair? ? Stay away fro the safeway products.
