Rude and Inconsiderate Treatment.

Never have I been told where to get off and stay in my corner like I have been. As far as I'm concerned when you order online at Clicks you kinda skip the queue, anyway I had to call to make sure my things are ready to collect as I haven't received any sms for my collection and when I got there I was told by a gentleman that I must sit down and wait my turn coz I don't have an sms but I explained that it's a collection. He literally skipped me and I waited the long queue like I was to start my dispensary order for medication, as sick as I was and woozy I thought this was convenient. I'm not impressed with all that happened and never will I recommend such a service to anyone if in loxion stores this is how we'll be treated as black people. I'm disappointed at Protea Glen branch and I doubt I'll ever come back to shop there.
