Rude and disgusting behavior

Clicks Cosmo City dispensary stuff are rude and have no regard for humans, I went to collect medication on 17/01/22 the store was closed due to loadshedding went in again on 19/01/22 lady told me my medication was not delivered I had to go back to the clinic. Went to the clinic today and was advised medication was at clicks had to travel from fourways to clicks where I spent over an hour being told my collection date has lapsed and medication was sent back to my surprise "sent back how when I was there last week I was advised it was not delivered" Just before going out I requested that they write me a note with their details stating I was at the pharmacy for collection and the medication was sent back guess what after this ONLY they decided to check again and boom medication was found Such disgusting attitude and treatment if I was not persistent that means it would have been a 3rd failed trip to them
