RUDE AND ATTITUDE PROBLEM

I am so disgusted with clicks in olympus, pretoria east!!! There is a pharmacist there by the name of Karen Bigs, who has not once but twice embarrassed me in front of clients, by making random comments about my smelling of cigarette smoke, which has absolutely nothing to do with her! She is simply a pharmacist and should focus on giving a random person, that she has NO emotional connection to.. her medication instead of loudly announcing so everyone could hear what her opinion is, she has made this lets call it a ''mistake" twice now and I have not made a scene. However that changes TODAY, when my mother went in, asking for some OTC pain****ers and she decided to also embarrass her, she is 66 on oxygen and has the audacity to be so insensitive towards her and judging her simply by her frailty to loudly announce that she will not be giving her these pills since her history is so long...... sorry Karen Bigs, she was in hospital for the better part of last year and never came into your rude presence up until today .. Your behavior was rude, insensitive and basically disgusting!! And sadly I have encountered you at a different branch and thanks to the pharmacists there you were lost in the crowd of better pharmacists than yourself and you also didn't seem to last at that branch! Seems here you think you are queen and can treat people as if they mean nothing or are common addicts. I am also not the only person who has a dislike towards you and your treatment of others . This is the last time either myself or one of my friends or family will set foot into YOUR pharmacy!
