Rotten Nestle Nestum Product

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the quality of a rotten nestle nestum that I recently purchased. I bought this product on the 25th of April 2025 (cashier slip attached) at Clicks (Shop 21, The Junction Mall, Cnr Govan Mbeki &, New Eisleben Rd, Philippi, Cape Town, 7750) Upon opening the package, I discovered that the nestum was clearly spoiled and rotten. This is completely unacceptable, and I am concerned about the potential health risks associated with consuming such a product. I have attached photos of the product as evidence. I request a full refund for this spoiled product and would appreciate it if you could investigate this quality control issue to prevent it from happening again. I would also like to know what steps you will take to ensure the safety of your customers.
