Me and my wife were shopping on Sunday 29 January 2023 and when we came to the till point for payment the till machine just powered off. The manager MEGAN JANSEN then told us we cannot leave as the payment did not go through but the money was deducted from our account and the transaction was successful on our side. She refuses us to leave with the goods we bought and paid for. She told us that the money will be reversed overnight. We left the shop empty handed and very disappointed.

On Monday 30 January 2023 we returned to the shop because our money was not reversed yet and it was more than 24 hours at that time. Natalie helped us and told us she would sort it out and we left again without our money. On Tuesday 31 January 2023 Clicks confirmed that they will give a refund instore and so we had to go there for the 3rd time. Natalie told us the money was reflecting in their account so that means our transaction was indeed successful. She then refunded us.

We are unhappy with this bad service we got at N1 City mall Clicks by Megan. We had to drive 3 times to the shop and had to send emails and make phone calls for our hard earned money that Clicks decided to take. We will not be shopping at this store ever again. This is unexceptable. They did not even say sorry or any type of gratitude. POOR SERVICE!!!!
