<p>I purchased an order from Clicks online 2 weeks ago and never received it. I have since been told that according to the courier company, it was delievered and signed for by someone I have never heard of. I have since purchased the products I required elsewhere since it was rather urgent and have been emailing them back and forth since the incident. The feedback I have gotten thus far is that they are waiting to hear from the courier company. (Thats it?!) This is unacceptable. Clicks you owe me a refund!</p>
