****** and Bad Attitude

On the 7/4/2015 I purchased antibiotics from the Clicks Pharmacy in Cresta Shopping Centre ( Script No: ***4). I called the Pharmacy today as upon checking the box I discovered that I was given 5 tablets iso 10 tablets. I was advised on the phone that their stock balanced and I must purchase the tablets and pay cash. I went to the store this evening as was helped by a friendly lady, Nondomiso and began explaining why I was there and was rudely interrupted by a lady called Melanie who did not even greet or look at me but said she knows my story and the stock balanced and I must pay cash for the tablets. This was done in front of the customer she was helping and in earshot of all the people in the queue. I paid cash for my tablets again and was still treated as a ***** and **** although I was the person short changed at the end of the day!
