Rivonia Village Pharmacy is a disaster

<p>I would advise people to conisder my experience at Clicks Rivonia Village. Firstly, they do not stock Tegaderm bandages and have not heard of same..really Netcare is one of the biggest brands in first aid dressing? Secondly I ask the lady at the self medication counter for polyrinse. She then goes to another lady who appeared to be busy with administration in the back rather than servicing customers who, with no consideration, says that there is only one polyrinse vial left! So I ask for something alternative to rinse a wound and was told to use antiseptic! Fair enough response I suppose based on the fact that I was not asked what I would need the polyrinse for. Then to my horror I was informed that polyrinse is for squirting up your nasal passages. Being a lawyer and not medically schooled, I still highly doubt that a pharmacist could make the mistake of identifying a saline nasal rinse with a wound cleansing solution!!!! Malpractice case looming if this advise had been taken!!!!! Disaster zone.</p>
