RIPPING PEOPLE OFF/FALSE ADVERTISING

I ordered a Milex 15l air-cooled, which I had extensively researched before doing so. I recieved a Milex 18l Aircooler and was told, after delivery that the 15l had been discontinued. The 15l Milex, is still on the site and they have even added more pictures of it. I was told they were terribly sorry but if I'm not happy they will collect and refund. Besides the fact that it has no drawer, just a small opening that you can't get the ice bricks out of once they are in, even with full ice content it doesn't cool below 24°. It sounds like a small aircraft. Now being told that they will look at it and if there's nothing wrong with it, I will not only not get a refund but they will return it to me. IT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!
