Ridiculously POOR customer service

Worst customer service ever!!!! So I ordered online have been waiting 10 days for my online order. Phoned twice, and had to hold the line both times for more than 10 minutes before anyone answered. Then being told that the courier company does not delivered to this area, and that my address differs from the first address provided for my first order (which was a lovely experience). So what differs from the address is the farm number which is next to the one used for the first order, same road and everything else! The unhelpful call customer care operator did not even answer when I asked any question, he is completely useless and if this is how Clicks operate I say thank you very much but I will be taking my business to Dischem!!!
