Ridiculous Service Generally

<p>I laid a complaint about the Pharmacy of Clicks Stores in Edenmeadow, I was informed I will be contacted within 48 hrs of the complaint instead the manager apologied for not responding in time and when the line got distorted that was the end of the conversation and she never called back , I did try to call back but my call was not answered . In short there was no feedback nor any explanation about the disrespectful and patronising service I got from one of their members who works in the pharmacy. It would seem like it's a norm to sweep things under the rug without resolving them. They have managed to mess up twice within a period of 3 days and still no accountability. You keep this up your business will suffer in the future.</p>
