Ridiculous Customer Service

I am very upset with the poor service I received from the Clicks store in Cornubia Mall. I returned a straightner to them that was under warranty. Firstly, they gave away the straightner that was meant to be kept for me, I then spoke to the manager, who promised that it was bad stock and they would let me know when new stock arrives, which was supposed to be this week. I then called to follow up yesterday, and was told that none of the Clicks stores had stock. I thereafter called Clicks La Lucia, and they had stock. I called Cornubia back and asked to speak to the manager, apparently I was speaking to the manager. Is the entire store just managers? I am very annoyed at this service.
