Ridiculous branch Clicks Chris Hani Mall!

Ridiculous service from this Chris Hani Mall branch. It is supposed to open at 9am yet open at 9:07. Then when you get to the self medication section, the one assistant just keeps receiving stock and makes the queue of 5 people just wait. Other staff members come in walking casually as if they have all the time in the world. Only got assisted at 9:18 and I was number 2 on the queue. I have a sick child waiting for meds as well as have a job to get to. But they respect closing time. They can even close their doors a few minutes before closing time! This is totally unacceptable!
