Rewards ****

I had R77.20 cash back rewards on my card , yesterday I decided to go to Clicks Kyalami Corner to use my points to buy a few things , but to my surprise the cashier said I had no money on my card . I initially thought he was joking but to my surprise he was very serious .I was very upset and disappointed because the whole point of me having decided to have gone to clicks was to use my rewards points. This is not the first time this is happening. This is by far the worst **** ever . You draw us to your shop to use so called “rewards” just to get there and be told we have no points . And you obviously know that at this point we obviously have no choice but to pay for the items .

I decided to email you guys yesterday but I’m still waiting for a response from one of your consultants by the name of Laeeqah Gamiet , who asked for my card number but never responded
