Rewards

<p>I lost my rewards card towards the end of last year and I recieved a replacement card 2 weeks back. I have been send an sms that I should go to the store and redeem my cashback and R20 off before the 20th September 2016 but when I get at the store the tellers tell me that they don't see anything like that on their system. I've been a clubcard member for more than 5 years but i haven't recieved any vouchers or benefits. My main concern is to recieve all my points back into my replaced card( ********** 909996) and to stop recieving misleading smses.</p>
