REVOLTING staff and treatment at Clicks (morning Glen)

The staff are a bunch of uneducated youth who do not do their work to their full potential. their are just there to earn their money at the end of the month, the staff gets drunk together and some come in the monday morning still intoxicated and sleep in the canteen, and let the new cashiers do all the work. It seems as though in order to be treated like one of them you have to sleep with the boss or something along that line. there is a initiation among the old staff for the new staff where money is ****** from your cash register so that by close of business you're short. which if procedure is followed correctly you go to a hearing.

The managers along with the old staff do not follow procedure of products that have been damaged in store (eg) food items are taken to the back of the store where it is eaten.

Communication among old and new staff is minimum to the new staff, their not told on in time when they will be getting their day off. and are ****** of off days by being asked to work when they don't need to and promised to have that day replaced, and that never happens. Managers make personal phone calls in the front of the store and only attend to a customer once the phone call is over. This store staff all needs to be given the boot and hire more mature and civilized people. But I don't see that happening because clicks HR is just as ********.
