Revlon Matte 215 not available and no testers

I went to clicks at your Canal walk branch looking for Revlon Matte 215 and wasn't in stock.So today I tried Vangate Mall and the same thing happend and I queried a lady by the Name Nicole to assist me so she got a lady for me me forgot her name.I question about why is it out of stock and how come Clicks Vangate never has Matte testers?The shelf was empty of Matte testers.Response was \they never have them and its been going on for a while and apologised".Seems clicks service is awful first had an issue last month with my prescription now this?No you people don't value us."""
