Returning

On the 3rd June I went to clicks vantage to return a breast pump as I did not use it at all ... when I bought the pump I immediately put it in hot water with the intention on using it and ended up not using it at all, my husband then returned the pump and Natasha did not want to take it as the packet inside was not there? It wasn't my intention not to return it not knowing what I done with the packet im so upset as she just doesn't want to take the thing back due to a packet inside the box that's not there! I'm not leaving it like this I want this sorted out it's my right to return is I don't want it it's of no use to me! You need to train your vantage staff to speak to your customers and not like they want to!
