Return of medical funds

In June 2020 I received notification that I collected medication worth just over R600 at Clicks Brackendowns pharmacy. Twas creche guard, Pregnancy vitamins and some other kids stuff. I am not now or have every been pregnant nor do I have kids. I contacted my medical aid which gave me the pharmacies contact details. I called in and they repeated exactly what I had supposedly taken and on which date. I explained that it was not me as the last time I went there was Jan 2020 nor would I have required such medication as not expecting a kid nor do I have any. Advised them to check cameras and investigate how my clicks card was used when it is on me. I have called a number of times since June and each time get told its being investigated then escalated to Head Office but no resolution.
