Return of medical aid funds

Still awaiting feedback initiated on my medical aid account that started in July this year. My medical details were ********** used at Clicks Brackendowns for medications for a pregnant lady with a child and neither apply to me. Tried taking the issue up with my medical aid and they referred me to the pharmacist who processed the request. Logged a review about a month ago with no response so this is a follow up. All I want are my medical aid funds back. Each time I call its either still under investigation or being escalated.
