Return for a refund

I bought a scheriproct suppository yesterday the 10th of September for my partner which was a prescription and we were not sure what the doctor prescribed as the writing was not clear. Only to find out we already have this suppository bear in mind that this thing was in the fridge the whole night and the whole day today the 11th, I returned the suppository for refund and they refused to refund me.
