Return and exchange Policy

yesterday they refuse to exchange an electrical appliances a heater that still has a guarantee of 12 months, which i bought during the month of May2018,and it just died and i ask for an exchange the store manager was so rude with me and showing attitude, i personally would not advise any one to buy any electrical appliances from clicks,because they do not stick by their terms and conditions of exchange
