Retail *****ing?

My 86 year old Mother purchased 4 items for R150, the teller kept talking about the clicks reward card and eventually my Mother had to ask for her change. The Woolworths bag which had the items she bought also disappeared. Are your staff deliberately confusing the elderly so they can ***** from them? Not on clicks.
