Respect and serve all customers equally and don't prioritize profits over people's health

Yesterday (20 July 2017) I had the most horrific experience at the Clicks store Pharmacy in Nedbank Plaza, Pietermaritzburg. I was refused help to get my chronic Medication from the Department of Health by the pharmacist at this store. With the most atrocious attitude she told me, when I got to the front of the queue, that she couldn't help me as the time was already 4h13pm and the clinic closed at 4h00pm. I explained to her that I had got here before 4h00pm, she was not interested and said there is a long queue of customers behind me so she won't help me!!!

I tried to get assistance from other staff members inside the store to no avail as apparently the lady that refused to help me was the pharmacy manager.

I did lodge a call to the Clicks customer care line at 4h26pm to explain my situation and try get this resolved so I can get my meds but the lady on the line (Oleen if my memory serves me well) cut the call after hearing my story, pretending that the signal was bad even though I could hear her loud and clear and she never bothered to return my call (the recordings will proove me right, if needed).

Needless to say after all that I returned home without my meds, upset and very worried about my health. If Clicks want to help the Department of Heath they need to do so with consideration of our lives and not treat us inferior to their paying customers. Assist ALL customers with dignity and respect. I was utterly disapointed by this incident from Clicks and have always had such high regard of them.
