Replaced Iron quickly and easily

<p>I purchased a Russel Hobbs iron in January and the element stopped heating/working. I went to Clicks Cresta (where I originally bought the iron) expecting a hassle and to fight for replacement. However I was directed straight to the store manager who upon hearing wasnt working after 7 months (with 1 year warranty) simply told me to fetch a replacement. In a matter of minutes I had a new iron, even though the price had increased R50 since original purchase I didnt have to pay extra.</p> <p> </p> <p>Blown away by their effeceincy and professionalism. </p>
