Repeat prescription

I went to Clicks pharmacy at Galleria mall and was helped by Stuart Miller, First of all I stood in the queue foe 10 mins and ignored us..Eventually he called me to come for help.I explained to him that I am from JHB and prescription was submitted at Clicks Bryanston and my medication got finished and I am still on holiday.He asked me for my clubcard he pretended as if he was checking on the system and he said there was no information. I also gave him my medical aid card he pretended as if he was checking and he said there was no info..He said to me I need to call the clicks branch in bryanson and ask them to fax my prescription.I called the Bryanston branch and they were suprised as to why am I calling because all the info was on the system.While I was still on the line with bryanston branch Promise Zungu called me to come through and it did not even take 5 mins she found the info with my clubcard..Stuart's attitude towards customers is very bad, he has a I do not care attitude which is bad for a person representing such a big brand... I was very dissapointed as I always get good service at Clicks but Stuart's attitude and lack of care amazed me.
