Repeat perscription service not cancelled after 3 months

A repeat prescription was loaded on Clicks' system and I was asked whether I would like to make use of the RPS. I initially agreed - I forgot that I pay cash for certain repeat meds and therefore cancelled the service by phoning Clicks when I was notified to come and collect my first batch of meds. Clicks reversed the transactions/claims on my medical aid and "cancelled" the RPS. A month later I received another notification that my meds are ready for collection. This time I went into the shop to cancel the service and repeatedly asked the person behind the counter whether it is truly cancelled. I was assured that it was - I also waited a very long time for this action to take place.

A month later, lo and behold, I receive another notification that my meds are ready for collection. I once again need to go in and cancel this.

I am truly unhappy about the *********** service and cannot understand why it is so difficult just to cancel the RPS? Or is it convenient for Clicks to automatically claim from the medical aids and "dispense" medicine for people who never come and collect? J du Toit
