Repeat Medication Waiting Time

Clicks Wingtip, Pretoria, Gauteng has huge adverti*****ts saying order repeat medication online and avoid waiting in long queues. I received a sms from Clicks Wingtip that my medication was ready for collection. However I still had to wait in the usual queue for a half an hour just to take my medication and go. When I asked I was informed they have no-one to work on that side. This is riduculous.
