Remember Maseko at Menly Maine refuses to refund me

I bought a steam iron 2 weeks ago, and the first time I tried to use it it was leaking water instead of realising steam. I returned the steam iron on 12/4/2022 at Clicks Menlyn Maine and Remember Maseko refuses to refund me. I left the steamer with him and I am requesting Clicks head office to ensure that I get my full refund.
