Refusing to pay me refund for a cart that was not converted

I bought iterms online and cart was not coverted how ever i was debited on my debit card i reported the incident and i was asked to provide a proof of account for refund . They informed me refund take up 20 days

Been a month now i have not recieved any help they no longer responding to my emails
