REFUSED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

On saturday morning on the 3rd of August 2019 i took my weak daughter to Clicks Cresta Mall to see a sister. it looked like she had a bug and was very weak. I first called and was told the sister is available and i drove to there since i stay around the area. upon our arrival the sister was busy with a patient and we waited till she was done then she asked us if we are Chauke. I told her no but we brought my daughter who was sleeping weak at the time and she just got irritated with us telling me that she works with appointments. I asked her if she cant at least help since there is no one and advise us on what to do she then told us she is not a doctor and she cannot prescribe anything. She was very rude first of all and i found it very cold from a healthcare person to not even bother looking at my daughter but just got annoyed with us asking help from her. I am still in shock with the kind of treatment we received from her given the fact that she was not even busy at all.
