Refused Contraceptives

Yesterday I went to clicks Maponya mall and I was refused contraceptives by a guy that was working on counter 7. He even laughed on my face and said that there is nothing he can do. I don't think that in South Africa today there is a Pharmacist nor a pharmacist assistant that can do that on this earth. As a person working in the health sector I know very well that everyone has the right to medication especially when they are paying for it. My history showed on his computer that almost the only medication that I take at Clicks is Diva 35 and at the moment there is a shortage because I called Clicks Southgate and Clicks Diepkloof Square they didn't have. When I called Maponya mall I was told that they have the last two. I quickly rushed there because I didn't want someone buying. When I got there after being in the que for plus minus 40 minutes I was assisted by a guy who was working at counter number 7 who told me I can't get the medication because the script that I had was given back to me. Firstly the lady that gave me the script back at Diepkloof square said that there is a shortage of the Diva 35 and I should take the script so that I can use it in other shops like dischem BUT she said that she has captured the script. The guy REFUSED to give me pills that I pay for cash not even with medical aid. So clicks would rather sell morning after pills than to sell contraceptives. Attached is the prescription that is needed even when I explained that I left it at home I will email it but it fell on deaf ears. I couldn't go back to Maponya mall since it's far from where I stay. I am so disappointed in Clicks that its how they train their staff to refuse south african women contraceptives. This is more than EVIL. I understand the policy that medication cannot be dispensed without a script but my history states that I've always taken the Diva 35 and my script is left with 4 collections. I had to postpone my holiday because I cant go without contraceptives.
