Refuse to accept faulty item

<p>On the 25.05.2016 I purchased a Viral hairdryer, last month took it back as the plug burnt nut i didn't have my slip as per clicks promenade they can't go back to trace my slip as there system only goes back 2 month.I would like to upgarde and pay the difference as the item is causing a electrical surge.</p>
