Refusal to load a script - jeopardise my vision
I had one IOL eye op on 27 January and the second IOL eye op done on 3 February 2016 - I filled my eyedropper prescription for the 1st eye on 24/01/2016 in preparation. One eye drop has a repeat script while the 2nd is just for 1 week. On 7 / 2/ 2016 Discovery was offline and I could not fill my 2nd eye script, on 8/2/2016 I went to 2 different Clicks to fill the script but they did not have the drops. On 9/2/2016 I went to heathway Clicks where the Pharmacist blatantly told me I could come back on 16 /2/2016 as Discovery won't give me the drops. She sent through the repeat script and refused to even load my new script, call discovery, give me her NAME or call customer services. I call customer services and after being told they would mark it as priority, which they could not say how long it would take, I finally got ****em Reed - customer care manager. He said he could not override the pharmacist as she \knows best\". He called her yet could not give me her name and said I could get the drops but pay cash - at last an option. I went to disc hem & within 7 min I had my eyedrops and paid - NO DISPUTE OR DENIAL FROM DISCOVERY!!! But Clicks Pharmacist / manageress 'KNOWS BEST' Disgust"
