Refusal to exchage guarantee product

Bought a kambrook kettle in july 2020. The lid is damaged and falls off. Went to clicks galleria to exchange faulty kettle. They refused to exchange even under guarantee. I am disgusted in clicks and will never again purchase any electrical products from them.
