Refusal to Credit items.

I attempted to credit a hair piece that my girlfriend bought on saturday at Clicks Wonderpark and I was told because they do not have it as part of their branche's stock range I should go to another Clicks. It does not make sense to me as a customer to now drive to another store for a credit.
