Refusal to assist on a 12 month guarantee product

Clicks jabulani mall refused to refund me on earphones I bought 14 days ago and they are not working properly. The manager and the staff member that assisted me were rude and the security guard didn't even know the shop sells headsets. I am so dissapointed I always looked up to this shop. Thumbs down??
