Refusal of medication

On collection of stomach medication the girl behind the counter could not find the script on their system. It was a repeat treatment for Lancap and was to be the final collection. I explained the whole scenario of having the issue from day one of the script being sent to them. On the first collection the script was eventually found somewhere on the system. On the second collection after searching the system the script was found under my wife's name. When I wanted to collect today I was told that there was no script and after explaining what happened previously the pharmacist said he could not assist me. I then made him aware that I was leaving the country and needed my medication. He then agreed for me to take the medication. When I was standing at the tills to pay the pharmacist approached telling me that with the 2nd visit I was told to get a new script sorted. I explained that this did not happen and I was still to collect the final total of my repeat. He then refused my medication. I feel this is really bad practise and the fact that click system is messed up or human error caused it is unacceptable. Really disgusted that my meds was refused
