Refusal for urgent telephonic script

I went to The Rivonia Village Click Pharmacy this morning as I was having a severe allergic reaction and was advised by my doctor to urgently get to a pharmacy for medication that she said she will do a telephonic script for. However the pharmacist refused to even speak to my doctor over the phone and said that they will not assist or take a telephonic script unless this is a doctor that they know??? Surely they do not know every single Dr in the country? How do they decide which doctors they accept from? Absolutely shocking service. I then had to rush to another pharmacy who assisted me. Also, when trying to submit a complaint via the website I just kept getting an error message saying something went wrong while trying to submit the request.
