Refusa to do an exchange I want my money

Clicks in observatory really don't know how to treat customers I bought a flat iron on the 31st of august used it on the 23rd the Remington the flat iron pulls my hair I simply went on the same day to return to ask if I could get another flat another flat iron mind you I am a regular customer the manager gives you side looks when coming on and the way she looks at you is very ugly

She did not want to do an exchange said she can't everything is in the box mind you the flat iron has a 3 year warrantee I just looked she even compared it to another flat iron she could see everything is in the box she blatantly told me no I should call customer service after customer service said 24 hours I am still waiting on them so now I don't want an exchange I simply want my money i don't support business that treat people like ****
