Refund/Order

I've ordered my baby's food(Nan x2 and 2x Nappies there on the 26 October, they couldn't deliver, they told I gave the wrong so my order was returned to the warehouse, I wanted a refund, but up until today I don't have my money, my baby is 11 months and there's no milk I have to keep on borrowing money so that she can have something as I don't know how long does refund take, it's going to be a whole month, I contacted them they said they took the matter to the financial department, but still nothing no money no food for my baby.
