Refund please, been waiting MONTHS

I placed an order in October, on 28 October it went out for delivery but was not delivered. After months of giving directions, co-ordinates and even offering to collect the item from Clicks Noordheuwel, I still could not receive the item and asked for a refund NUMEROUS times. Even after I was told that the monies would be refunded I still received a call from the driver saying that he wants to deliver the parcel. I have emailed Oscar Theunis at Omni Call centre SEVERAL times and still have not received the refund or a reply.
