Refund my money!!!

I placed an order online and shortly after received a message stating that the item was out of stock. Instead of processing a refund, I was told to use the amount as a ClubCard credit. I’ve been trying to get assistance with a refund because I shouldn’t be restricted to using the money only at Clicks - I need the option to purchase this product elsewhere.
