REFUND ME MY MONEY

I usually love Clicks, but this time baffled as to what is going on. I placed an online order on 5 August 2021, I was contacted and told that the van with my order was hijacked and that they will refund me the amount. Its November 2021 and I still have not received the refund. I've called numerous times and they say they'll get the person, whos supposed to process the refund,to call me back and nobody calls. Now I'm asking clicks what the hell should I do because I'm not getting any help
