Refund

i purchased x3 hair tools online on the 2nd of August , however clicks did not have stock and advised same. They sent me an email for my banking details to process my refund, this was on this was all done and sent on the 2nd of August. its been 20 days later and i have not recieved ny refund, after speaking to 17 different people and the accounts manager i still have not gotten my refund.

i will never purchase from clicks again!!!!!
